Property / Investment 

• Maintain and actively update register of property and investment opportunities.

• Conduct market research to track trends and maintain a detailed sales and evidence database.

• Undertake feasibility assessments on potential property and investment opportunities.

• Prepare and update financial cash flow models for existing investment assets.

• Review due diligence packs and compile summary registers and evaluation matrices to assist in decision-making.

Property Management

• Manage and oversee activities across the full property portfolio.

• Handle property management tasks including administration, payment of bills, and invoice reviews.

• Coordinate and implement capital expenditure (CapEx) projects and maintenance works as required to preserve asset value and performance.

Construction

• Prepare, distribute, and maintain records of meeting minutes for construction-related discussions and updates.

Business Development

• Maintain the Business Development (BD) register, tracking progress and key metrics.

• Record, monitor, and follow up on actions arising from BD activities and client engagements.

• Conduct competitor research to inform strategic positioning.

• Identify and research prospective target clients, providing insights and recommendations.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) proposals and other formal bid submissions as required.
